This page explains how LaserPointerHub handles order cancellation requests before factory customization begins, during payment review, and after an order has already moved into production or shipment.
In general, cancellation is easy if your order has not yet entered factory customization. Once customization, production handling, or shipment has started, cancellation becomes more limited.
If your order has not yet entered factory customization, you can contact customer service and request cancellation easily. At this stage, we can usually stop the order before custom handling begins.
We still recommend contacting us as early as possible with your order number so we can confirm the order has not moved into customization, production scheduling, or dispatch preparation.
Approved early-stage cancellations may still be subject to non-recoverable transaction fees or processing deductions where payment providers have already charged irreversible costs.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled as a simple pre-shipment cancellation. At that stage, the order is handled according to the applicable return, exchange, or warranty policy instead.
Transit interruptions, customs review, or local carrier delay do not automatically qualify a shipped order for cancellation.
Orders involving custom-configured or made-to-order laser products may be limited or refused for cancellation once factory customization, preparation, or production has started.
If a custom order has already progressed into material allocation, production handling, or factory customization, cancellation outcomes may be restricted even if shipment has not yet taken place.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for the request. Faster notice gives us the best chance to review the order before it enters shipping or advanced handling.
